How do I place an order?
Visit our SHOES page. Select your size from the drop-down menu, then click on the BUY NOW button. You'll be taken to a secure PayPal checkout page. If you don't have a PayPal account click on the link that says   https://www.westernunion.com    OR   www.moneygram.com
(You don't need a PayPal account to order).

How long will it take to receive my shoes?
Usually 2 or 3 days after we ship. We ship by Priority Mail through the US Post Office. They will email you a tracking number. If you don't receive it let us know. Most of the time your mailman will leave the package by your front door, but sometimes you'll have to go to your local Post Office to pick it up

Are your shoes FAKE?
No. Our shoe selection is small, but they are all 100% authentic. Guaranteed. We have less than 20 different shoes for sale on our SHOES page and we don't sell anywhere else. Only on that page. Most are brand new, but sometimes we sell preowned shoes. The description next to each shoe will tell you if it's brand new or not. There are a ton of websites, online auctions, & apps that sell counterfeit shoes. Those websites are usually based in foreign countries since that's where a lot of counterfeit items are made. (China literally has fake Apple stores and fake Starbucks coffee shops. That's how bad it is). Be suspicious of any non-retail website that has multiple sizes & colors for sale in a popular shoe that you know is sold out everywhere else

How much is shipping & handling?
The US Post Office raised their rates, so shipping has gotten more expensive. A $20 s&h fee is added for most shoes. If our actual shipping costs are less than $20 we keep the difference and add it to our margin. If our actual shipping costs are higher than $20 we pay the difference out of our own pocket. (We always use a shipping box for shoe orders)

Can I cancel an order?
Only if it hasn't been shipped. We charge a $25 cancellation fee. Email us to cancel your order.

Do you have a return policy and price adjustment policy?
We do not offer price adjustments, but we have a limited 3-day return policy. There is a 25% restocking fee for returns.
